This is a program for busy, ambitious women who balance both career and family. They feel their schedule is too full to prioritize their workouts, nutrition, and mental wellness above their family responsibilities and goals.

This is a 12 week virtual group training intensive with weekly check-ins, 3-5 assigned workouts a week (modified for your specific injuries, goals, & current fitness level in mind), Module trainings & resources (guides, action items, journal prompts), group messaging, and direct messaging to Coach Brittney through the Movemint app.

This is a group coaching program where I work with Women who work 9-5 for 12 weeks to reach body goals, make better nutritional decisions, and improve spending habits.

About Coach Brittney

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Wealth Management Specialist dedicated to helping busy, ambitious women gain confidence by losing inches from their waistlines, resetting their mindsets, and adopting healthier eating habits. As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, I’ve guided hundreds of clients toward achieving a better quality of life through group workout classes and tailored modifications.

I've also worked years as a Wealth Management Specialist, and empower women to build better spending habits and create budgets that allow them to outsource unwanted tasks, freeing up time for what truly matters.

 

My approach goes beyond traditional workouts and meal plans; I delve deep into mental roadblocks to create a more holistic health and wellness experience. With my program, I am committed to equipping you with the resources you need to boost your energy, enhance your self-awareness, and cultivate self-love.

What are the program dates?

Do I get lifetime access to the course material?

Access to the app (workouts, direct messaging, files, and group messages) and modules (Resources & Playback) ends on April 6th, 2025 unless signed up for a continued membership option with MoveMint Coaching.

 

What is the time commitment per week?

3-5 Hours Weekly. 1.5 hours of workouts (3 in 30-minute increments), 30 minute weekly group coaching call (replay available) and logging into the Modules for education videos, check-ins, action items, and journaling worksheets.

 

Are there any prerequisites?

All fitness levels accepted!

 

Are there any other material or equipment costs besides the enrollment cost of the course?

Nope! We use whatever equipment or gym access you already have.

 

Do I get support, community, or access to you?
